Reminders and Safety Reminders

Everyone, Special reminder from Megan - SAFETY! Make sure that you do not walk alone to your vehicles when leaving the fencing school. Nothing has happened but let’s make sure everything stays that way. Please let someone know when you’re leaving and if you have to ask one of us to walk you out, don’t hesitate!!!! Also, are usual monthly reminders: 1. The All-American Fencing Academy has an emergency text messaging phone tree. When we have emergency news that needs go out (like closing due to inclement weather, change in times, etc.) we send the emergency news out by e-mail (mailing list), the website and through our text messaging phone tree. If you haven’t registered your number yet, please do so by texting aafencing to 41411. To unsubscribe, send “unsubscribe aafencing” to 41411 2. If you haven’t saved our phone number yet, make sure you have it handy. The All-American Fencing Academy phone number is 910-644-0137 (that number will ring the school line, Paul’s cell and Gerhard’s cell). If you’re trying to reach the school directly, you can dial 910-423-2232. 3. SAFETY SAFETY SAFETY! Inside the fencing school and outside the fencing school. You know our safety rules while fencing, but make sure if you’re parking across the street (next to the Cotton Exchange) or around the corner, be aware of your surroundings and if you’re walking alone, ask someone in the school to walk down with you. 4. Thanks for support! Remember to submit your monthly member fees as timely as you can. If you have any recommendations to make the school better, let us know!
